How do we use information?


FLFDN will process data provided and gathered via this website in order to improve the quality of the network’s offer and ensure the variety of opportunities for members are suited to current member needs. FLFDN will relay information regarding relevant network activity to members in a tailored and personalised manner to facilitate the most effective communication reaching members. FLFDN will also incorporate metrics gathered from this website into wider network reporting and analysis as part of our contractual relationship with UKRI, to understand and react to aggregate trends relating to network activity. We will use aggregate data from views, material downloads, page visits, and registrations to monitor and track community demand.



How long will we store information?


The FLFDN will securely store data following UK GDPR regulations. The network will store and process information for the duration of the FLFDN project or until specifically requested by individuals. Changes to Policy


We aim to maintain best practice with our Privacy Policy and so will regularly review and update the policy in line with new regulations. We will inform users of any significant changes via notification on the website and direct correspondence with members where appropriate.
