The Future Leaders Fellows Development Network has devised a range of policies and guidance to support its work.

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Policy

The aim of this policy is to establish a culture within which each Fellow in the Future Leaders Fellows Development Network feels respected and to able to give their best.

Family Friendly Policy

A policy intended to ensure that where a Fellow would be prevented from participating in a Development Network activity owing to caring responsibilities, appropriate arrangements can be put in place to enable the Fellow’s participation.

Principled Spaces Policy

A policy which outlines the approach we expect participants in the Network to adhere to when attending events, with the aim of ensuring all Fellows feel treated with dignity and respect and feel comfortable to contribute to our events, workshops and activities.
