Research and leadership routinely throw up complex problems. Lego Serious Play is a recognised tool for identifying, diagnosing, and tackling complex problems. It is facilitated process which enables participants to access intangible insights and deep knowledge through creativity, and which prioritises equality of time and contribution. In this session, you will experience how Lego Serious Play works and learn how you can these simple toy bricks can be deployed to solve complex problems affecting your work, your team, or your career.
Lego kits have to be mailed to all participants prior to the session, so we cannot accept bookings after 5pm on 5 July. Similarly, we will not be able to reallocate your place if you cancel after this date. Please respect other members of the FLF+ community and only book if you are confident that you will attend.
